Who even is your brand?

What is your brand’s mission? What does your brand value? Yes, these seem like basic questions. You might even be thinking you and your team have already established this a long time ago… But you’d be surprised how much your answers may vary between each team member. Getting on the same page is the BIGGEST key to your brand’s foundation.

What are your brand’s strengths? 

What do people enjoy about your brand? What programs, assets, and products will you carry with you into the next quarter? What actually works for your brand? THESE are your pillars of success to build on your foundation.

What are your brand’s weaknesses?

We get it; not everything will be a success. Evaluating what isn’t working and trimming them from the future program will develop a more concise focus on what your brand CAN do.

Questions to ask: What isn’t working for us? What are our least popular offerings and why? How can we rework these weaknesses?

Who is your brand’s audience?

Yes, this means their demographics but also more than that. It's the audience perception of your brand. Are you even targeting the right audience at all? And if so, why do they choose you? How are they interacting with your brand? How will they evolve in the coming year? 

What are your competitors doing?

How have they established their brands? How are they connecting with their audiences? Plus, not only are they great examples of what you can do RIGHT, but they are great examples of what you can do WRONG. (And yes, that is just as important!)
