Since 1982, CCIA has supported worship centers, churches, and summer camps with resources to manage risks and protect their congregants. As of 2016, they serve over 6,700 clients across California and Nevada!
Last year, we connected with CCIA to help them expand their current online reach to new clients and increase their communication with current clients.
Our plan with CCIA has been a four-prong approach through social media posts, redesigned marketing materials, email blasts, and blogging.
Social Media
We first built into their social media with risk management and value-oriented posts to create the foundation for a trustworthy, experienced insurance brand. Now we include team-focused content to show the spirit of CCIA, including virtual staff events, holiday posts, and employee of the month recognition.
Updated Marketing Materials
A sparkly, new proposal document now gives potential clients a sneak peek into the quality care they’ll receive when working with CCIA.
Email Blasts
Through ongoing COVID-19 updates, it was critical for CCIA to maintain communication with their current clients. With a plan for an updated quarterly newsletter, we’re helping to restructure emails, complete with newly designed templates to inform clients of website updates, webinars, and more.
Blogs
To facilitate growth on their secondary website, Cheap Church Insurance, we created a series of SEO-optimized blogs that would direct potential clients who sought risk management resources to them. Blogs featured tips on everything from maintaining web security to restoring property after natural disasters and more, plus the ever-important keywords and phrases.
