Thankful in 2020

So, here's the thing. I know at first blush, it feels like there isn't much to be thankful for in 2020. (Maybe that it's almost over?) It's been a disaster of a year in so many ways, and we don't need to recount those here because we're all overly familiar with them.

But here's the other thing. Amid all the chaos and uncertainty, some truly incredible things have happened as well, and I've got to tell you, I'm more thankful for those bright spots than ever before!

At Rogue Creatives, we honestly didn't know how things were going to go when COVID hit in March. As a company that has always prided itself on its ability to adapt and roll with the punches, we got put to the test this year. And holy moly did the RCD team rise to the occasion. 

For a team with a culture so deeply entrenched in collaboration, I got to watch them adjust every one of our processes to make sure not only did we not skip a beat in telling the stories of our amazing clients, but we took it to new heights. Instead of throwing in the towel, we dug in to figure out how to collaborate virtually and refine our processes to be MORE effective for our clients. 

I'm honestly blown away every day by this talented team. So, to Belinda, Cory, Aubree, Taylor, Hope, JD, and Mariama, I am so proud of and thankful for each one of you.

We're also HUGELY thankful for every client. Our clients (some veterans and many brand new ones) trusted us with their stories during some weird times. They let us get creative and help them pivot to make sure they could thrive in a time when most would have settled for just getting by. We're so thankful for your trust and the fun you let us have!

So, yeah, 2020 sucked, but it was also incredible as we learned more about ourselves and our capabilities. We're excited about the future and some exciting new things we have coming in 2021!
