The Longest Road After Party
A couple weeks ago, Rogue Creative Development hosted The Longest Road After Party here at Rogue Collective! The Longest Road is a documentary highlighting the Iraqi refugee crisis and was this year’s Newport Beach Film Festival Official Selection!
After the screening on April 26, fans and friends were invited back to our space for a panel discussion of the film and the making of it with the fantastic filmmakers and crew of this movie. We also dedicated and donated all proceeds raised from the night to the non-profit featured in the film, the International Veteran’s Alliance.
Matt Barnes hosted the evening and led a discussion with the crew of The Longest Road. A story filmed over a period of three years, on two continents and in four languages, The Longest Road is an insightful look into the ISIS crisis in the Middle East. It follows a group of American Veterans who venture to the front lines of combat to witness the atrocities that ISIS has committed.
After the Panel Discussion, guests were welcome to ask questions and mingle with the crew! We were so excited to be part of such an amazing and impactful film and event, and we want to thank everyone who came out and made this event great! Please check out The Longest Road and consider supporting this fantastic cause. To learn more about the film, find screenings and donate, visit the film’s website by clicking the link below.
